1. This document is for evaluation purposes only and it shall not constitute a binding offer until it is reviewed and expressly confirmed by Archilex Consulting SA.
2. After the submission, we will send you an email within the next 24 hours (during working days) with the possible confirmation of the order.
3. If the trademark that you want to register does not meet the requirements set by the Law, or if an identical trademark is already registered, no invoice will be issued. If you already have paid, you will get full refund.
4. If you choose a Trademark Search, beware that since the search is text-based, graphically identical marks cannot be recognized.
5. Italian Trademark Law provides that protection shall lapse if a trademark is not used for 5 years. Therefore, you should use your trademark within 5 years from the registration of the trademark.
6. We can't guarantee that your trademark will be registered, as the Italian Intellectual Property Office will take this decision at its own discretion according to the Italian Trademark Law.
7. Please note that the application will be filed in Italian. Likewise the Registration Certificate will be issued in Italian.
8. Costs and fees for possible opposition proceedings against the registration of your trademark application, as well as the answers to possible official actions of the Italian Intellectual Property Office (UIBM) are excluded from this quotation, and will be charged at a hourly rate.
9. We will proceed with required services only after receiving the full expected payment.
10. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lugano (Switzerland).
